Who you deal with
You deal with the lawyer doing the work, from the first call to the signed lease or the resolved dispute. There is no hand-off to a junior or a call centre.
What we do
We act for tenants and landlords of shops, offices, warehouses and factories, and for buyers and sellers of businesses where a lease is being assigned: lease reviews and negotiation, leases and disclosure statements, options and renewals, assignments, subleases, surrenders and disputes.
Where we act
We act on leases across Victoria. Most work is done by phone, video and email, and we meet in person in Frankston.
